MY LOCAL & CITY ISSUES SURVEYS |
| |
| Survey results are posted on the 'Communicating with You' red tab above, eUpdates page of this site. All personal information contained in the survey submissions are kept confidential within my office and not published with the survey results.
These are not 'technical/scientific' surveys. Please keep that in mind when reviewing the response details and charts. The results are intended for me to maintain a 'finger on the pulse' of residents in Etobicoke, and to obtaining as much feedback from you as possible on local and City issues.
Your participation is appreciated. All submissions are reviewed by me on an independent basis, as well as collectively, so that I can accurately determine the positions of those taking the time to submit surveys.
If you have an idea for a future survey or survey question, please email it to me. Survey: Summer Survey 2010- Effective CommunicationIn order for me to better understand what is working at City Hall, and what may need improvement, I encourage you to take a moment to answer these Survey questions. It is very important to me that communications between you, my office, and/or City Departments be effective. Providing excellence in Customer Service to residents of Toronto should be our priority. If you have contacted a City Department, the 311 Call Centre, or contacted me directly, I would like to know how satisfied you were with the response received or action taken. I am aware that many residents don’t bother to call the City with their problems or concerns. If this is the case for you, I would like to hear from you too, and learn more about your reasons why. Finally, did you know that last year Toronto’s 311 Call Centre was officially opened (a centralized call centre that residents can call 24/7). Torontonians can call 311 to place a request for service or get information. But you can also choose to continue to call your local Councillor for assistance if you so desire. Thank you for your time and interest! Your input is appreciated.
